The term of office for members of the Management Board appointed by the Chairman of the Management Board of the institution is four years. The term of office ends when a new director is appointed, or if the incumbent leaves the institution or ceases to perform the duties in respect of which he was a member of the Management Board.
La durée du mandat des membres du directoire nommés par le président du directoire de l’établissement est de quatre ans. Ce mandat prend fin lors de la nomination d’un nouveau directeur, ainsi que dans les cas où son titulaire quitte l’établissement ou cesse d’exercer les fonctions au titre desquelles il était membre du directoire.
