Article D6152-73-2 of the French Public Health Code

Within the limits of the appropriations allocated for this purpose in the budget of the Minister responsible for health, an operating subsidy for IT and telephony resources is allocated for each seat of full representative held on the Higher Council of Medical, Odontological and Pharmaceutical Staff of Public Health Establishments.

The amount of this subsidy is set by a joint order of the ministers responsible for the civil service, the budget and health.

Dans la limite des crédits ouverts à cet effet au budget du ministre chargé de la santé, une subvention de fonctionnement pour des moyens informatiques et de téléphonie est allouée pour chaque siège de représentant titulaire détenu au Conseil supérieur des personnels médicaux, odontologistes et pharmaceutiques des établissements publics de santé.

Le montant de cette subvention est fixé par un arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la fonction publique, du budget et de la santé.
