Article D6152-73-3 of the French Public Health Code

A global annual credit for trade union time is allocated to all the trade union organisations represented on the Higher Council of Medical, Odontological and Pharmaceutical Staff.

Its volume in full-time equivalent is set at eighteen. It is distributed between the trade unions represented on the Board of Governors in proportion to the number of votes obtained by each of them in the elections to this Board, with the remainder being distributed on the basis of the highest average.

The trade union time credit thus allocated is used freely for the purposes of trade union activity and representing staff in dealings with the administrative authorities.

Un crédit global de temps syndical annuel est alloué à l’ensemble des organisations syndicales représentées au Conseil supérieur des personnels médicaux, odontologistes et pharmaceutiques.

Son volume en équivalent temps plein est fixé à dix-huit. Il est réparti entre les organisations syndicales représentées au conseil supérieur proportionnellement au nombre de voix obtenu par chacune d’elles lors des élections à ce conseil avec répartition des restes à la plus forte moyenne.

Le crédit de temps syndical ainsi attribué est utilisé librement pour les besoins de l’activité syndicale et de la représentation des personnels auprès de l’autorité administrative.
