Article D6243-2 of the French Labour Code

I.-The aid is granted for the first year of the apprenticeship contract.

II – The maximum amount is 6,000 euros.

III-The aid is paid before the employer pays the salary and each month pending the data provided in the declaration made by the employer in accordance with article L. 133-5-3 of the Social Security Code. If this information is not provided the following month, the aid will be suspended.

IV – In the event of early termination of the apprenticeship contract, the aid is not due from the month following the end date of the contract.

In the event of suspension of the contract leading to non-payment of remuneration by the employer to the apprentice, the aid is not due for each month in question.

V.-Sums unduly received are reimbursed to the national operator mentioned in article D. 6243-4.

Article D6243-2

I.-L’aide est attribuée au titre de la première année d’exécution du contrat d’apprentissage.

II.-Son montant est de 6000 euros maximum.

III.-L’aide est versée avant le paiement de la rémunération par l’employeur et chaque mois dans l’attente des données mentionnées dans la déclaration prévue à l’article L. 133-5-3 du code de la sécurité sociale effectuée par l’employeur. A défaut de transmission de ces données, le mois suivant, l’aide est suspendue.

IV.-En cas de rupture anticipée du contrat d’apprentissage, l’aide n’est pas due à compter du mois suivant la date de fin du contrat.

En cas d’une suspension du contrat conduisant au non versement de la rémunération par l’employeur à l’apprenti, l’aide n’est pas due pour chaque mois considéré.

V.-Les sommes indûment perçues sont remboursées à l’opérateur national mentionné à l’article D. 6243-4.
