Article D6323-14-1-1 of the French Labour Code

In the context of a request for support for a professional transition project referred to in the third paragraph of article L. 6323-17-1, if there is any doubt about one or more of the occupational risks referred to in article L. 4161-1 concerning the occupation targeted by the applicant, the regional inter-professional joint committee may refer the applicant to a professional development adviser who will check that his professional transition project is aimed at an occupation not subject to an occupational risk.

Dans le cadre d’une demande de prise en charge d’un projet de transition professionnelle mentionné au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 6323-17-1, en cas de doute sur un ou plusieurs risques professionnels mentionnés à l’article L. 4161-1 qui concernerait le métier visé par le demandeur, la commission paritaire interprofessionnelle régionale peut renvoyer le demandeur vers un conseiller en évolution professionnel qui vérifiera que son projet de transition professionnelle vise un métier non soumis à un risque professionnel.
