Article D6323-3 of the French Public Health Code

The care provided in health centres allows patients to return home immediately without the need for monitoring at the health centre or after returning home. Health centres do not provide the outpatient anaesthesia or surgery provided by the alternative care structures mentioned in article D. 6124-301, with the exception of health centres that have signed the agreement mentioned in 2° of article R. 2212-9, which may provide instrumental terminations of pregnancy under local anaesthetic.

The premises, material facilities, organisation of care, experience and qualifications of health centre staff ensure patient safety and quality of care.

Article D6323-3
