The tasks of the coordination support system are carried out by a single legal entity for each territory, which has signed a multiannual contract for objectives and resources with the relevant regional health agency, where applicable jointly with the departmental councils in accordance with article L. 1435-3.

Les missions du dispositif d’appui à la coordination sont assurées par une personne morale unique par territoire ayant conclu à ce titre un contrat pluriannuel d’objectifs et de moyens avec l’agence régionale de santé concernée, le cas échéant conjointement avec les conseils départementaux conformément à l’article L. 1435-3.
