Each year, before 30 April, the coordination support mechanism sends the regional health agency and, where applicable, the departmental council, an activity report covering, in particular, the achievement of objectives and commitments assessed according to the monitoring and results indicators set out in the contract, as well as a financial statement and the related accounting documents.

Chaque année, avant le 30 avril, le dispositif d’appui à la coordination transmet à l’agence régionale de santé et, le cas échéant, au conseil départemental, un rapport d’activité portant notamment sur la réalisation des objectifs et des engagements évaluée selon les indicateurs de suivi et de résultat prévus au contrat, ainsi qu’un bilan financier et les documents comptables s’y rapportant.
