Article D6331-67 of the French Labour Code

I.-The agreement provided for in article L. 6331-60 determines the organisation of the body referred to in the same article and its tasks, subject to the provisions of this sub-section.

II – The body mentioned in I has a management board made up of no more than 12 members representing employers and employees in equal numbers, appointed by the signatory organisations of the agreement creating it. These members may be represented by an alternate appointed in the same way as the full member.

III – The provisions of article R. 6332-12 are applicable to the members of the management board and to the employees of the body referred to in I.

IV -The body referred to in I defines its internal rules. It sends these to the skills operator to which it belongs.

I.-L’accord prévu à l’article L. 6331-60 détermine l’organisation de l’organisme mentionné au même article et ses missions, sous réserve des dispositions prévues à la présente sous-section.

II.-L’organisme mentionné au I est doté d’un conseil de gestion composé d’au plus 12 membres représentant les employeurs et les salariés en nombre égal désignés par les organisations signataires de l’accord le créant. Ces membres peuvent se faire représenter par un suppléant désigné selon les mêmes modalités que le titulaire.

III.-Les dispositions de l’article R. 6332-12 sont applicables aux membres du conseil de gestion et aux salariés de l’organisme mentionné au I.

IV.-L’organisme mentionné au I définit son règlement intérieur. Il le transmet à l’opérateur de compétences dont il relève.
