I.-The national joint employment committee, or failing that the joint committee of the professional branch, determines the level of funding for the apprenticeship contract depending on the vocational diploma or qualification being prepared. This level corresponds to an annual amount. The level at which the apprenticeship contract is paid for enables apprentice training centres to be financed by skills operators under the conditions set out in article R. 6332-25.
II.This level of funding includes the following administrative management and production costs:
1° The design and implementation of the courses mentioned in 2° of Article L. 6211-2 and 11° of Article L. 6231-2, as well as the assessment of skills acquired by apprentices as provided for in 12° of the same article;
2° Carrying out the tasks of supporting and promoting gender diversity as provided for in 1° to 9°, 13° and 14° of Article L. 6231-2;
3° Deploying a quality approach undertaken to meet the requirements linked to the certification framework provided for in Article L. 6316-1.
The annual depreciation costs recorded for equipment used to implement apprenticeship courses and for educational engineering are taken into account when determining the level of funding for the apprenticeship contract, provided that the depreciation period does not exceed three years.
When requested by the national joint employment committee, or failing that, the joint committee of the professional branch, the skills operator provides its technical support and expertise in accordance with the provisions of 2° of I of article L. 6332-1.
