Article D6333-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of articles D. 6332-1 to D. 6332-12 are applicable to the consultation of electors, subject to the replacement of the last two paragraphs of article D. 6332-1 by the following paragraph:

The file includes, in particular, the deliberation by which the consultation was decided, to which are appended the observations made by the members of the territorial council on the occasion of this deliberation, as well as an information notice on the purpose of the consultation.

Article D6333-1

Les dispositions des articles D. 6332-1 à D. 6332-12 sont applicables à la consultation des électeurs, sous réserve du remplacement des deux derniers alinéas de l’article D. 6332-1 par l’alinéa suivant :

Le dossier comporte notamment la délibération par laquelle la consultation a été décidée à laquelle sont annexées les observations formulées par les membres du conseil territorial à l’occasion de cette délibération, ainsi qu’une notice d’information sur l’objet de la consultation.
