Article D6341-24-1 of the French Labour Code

The monthly remuneration of jobseekers and self-employed workers who complete an approved training course on a part-time basis under the conditions set out in 1° and 2° of article L. 6341-2 is equal, for each hour of training, to the monthly remuneration they would have received for a full-time training course divided by 151.67.

When, in application of the first paragraph, the amount of the monthly remuneration is less than the monthly amount of the specific solidarity allowance which would be due in application of articles L. 5423-1 to L. 5423-3, the remuneration provided for in the first paragraph is increased to at least the amount which would have been due in respect of the allowance.

La rémunération mensuelle de la personne en recherche d’emploi et du travailleur non salarié qui suivent à temps partiel un stage agréé dans les conditions fixées aux 1° et 2° de l’article L. 6341-2 est égale, pour chaque heure de stage, à la rémunération mensuelle qu’elles auraient perçue pour un stage à temps complet divisée par 151,67.

Lorsque, en application du premier alinéa, le montant de la rémunération mensuelle est inférieur au montant mensuel de l’allocation de solidarité spécifique qui serait dû en application des articles L. 5423-1 à L. 5423-3, la rémunération prévue au premier alinéa est au minimum portée au montant qui aurait été dû au titre de l’allocation.
