Article D6361-4 of the French Labour Code

The labour inspectors and inspectors referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 6361-5 undergo training prior to carrying out their inspection duties, as provided for by the statutory provisions relating to training and work placements prior to their appointment.

Les inspecteurs et contrôleurs du travail mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 6361-5 suivent la formation préalable à l’exercice des missions de contrôle prévue par les dispositions statutaires relatives aux formations et aux stages précédant leur titularisation.
