Article D6431-21 of the French Public Health Code

The Commission sits in plenary session.

However, when it examines individual questions relating to medical staff, it sits in a restricted formation, with only the representatives mentioned in 1° of article D. 6431-18.

In this case, the opinion is given without the presence of the member of the committee whose situation is being examined or any person who is related to the person concerned by blood or marriage up to and including the fourth degree. Voting is by secret ballot.
