The opinions and wishes of the Medical Committee and the Agency Committee are brought to the attention of the Board of Directors at its next meeting.

The opinions and wishes of the Medical Commission and the Agency Committee are brought to the attention of the Board of Directors at its next meeting. However, in the case of matters referred to in article D. 6431-21, the opinions issued by the medical committee are sent in the form of extracts to the agency’s medical, pharmaceutical and odontological staff only.

Les avis et voeux de la commission médicale et du comité d’agence sont portés à la connaissance du conseil d’administration lors de sa plus prochaine séance.

Les avis et voeux sont portés par voie d’affichage, à la diligence du directeur de l’agence, à la connaissance du personnel dans un délai de quinze jours. Toutefois, s’agissant de questions mentionnées à l’article D. 6431-21, les avis émis par la commission médicale sont transmis sous forme d’extraits aux seuls personnels médicaux, pharmaceutiques et odontologiques de l’agence.
