The sectoral plans mentioned in 3° of Article L. 711-8 are part of the regional strategy. They indicate the location of all the establishments, infrastructures, facilities and services managed by the chambers of commerce and industry in the region concerned.
They set out the main objectives pursued and the procedures for implementing them in order to carry out the tasks provided for in article L. 710-1, in the following areas:
1° Support for businesses including in particular formalities, the creation, transfer and takeover of businesses, international development, innovation and economic intelligence, sustainable development and the environment, the collective development of businesses and economic information;
2° Training, education and employment;
3° Support for territories;
4° Management of facilities;
5° Representation of businesses.
They are drawn up by the regional chambers of commerce and industry in compliance with the intervention standards provided for in 2° of Article L. 711-16 and in accordance with the regional economic development, innovation and internationalisation plan referred to in Article L. 4251-13 of the General Local Authorities Code, if it has been adopted.
Each sectoral plan is accompanied by a report justifying the choices made with regard to the regional economic development, innovation and internationalisation plan.
