Article D8272-3 of the French Labour Code

When the competent authority receives an application for one of the aids mentioned in article D. 8272-1, it shall check whether the applicant has been fined for one of the offences constituting illegal employment provided for in article L. 8211-1, in the twelve months prior to his application, by the prefect mentioned in article D. 8272-2.

Lorsque l’autorité compétente est saisie d’une demande pour l’une des aides mentionnées à l’article D. 8272-1, elle vérifie si le demandeur a été verbalisé pour l’une des infractions constitutives du travail illégal prévues à l’article L. 8211-1, dans les douze mois précédant sa demande, auprès du préfet mentionné à l’article D. 8272-2.
