Article D8272-5 of the French Labour Code

In the light of the information sent to him regarding the offence committed against a company or its de jure or de facto manager, the Prefect referred to in Article D. 8272-2 informs the competent authorities managing the aid referred to in Article D. 8272-1 that they may order the company to repay all or part of the aid paid during the twelve months preceding the issue of the official report recording the offence.

Au vu des informations qui lui sont transmises sur la verbalisation d’une entreprise ou de son responsable de droit ou de fait, le préfet mentionné à l’article D. 8272-2 informe les autorités compétentes gestionnaires des aides mentionnées à l’article D. 8272-1 qu’elles peuvent enjoindre l’entreprise de rembourser tout ou partie des aides versées au cours des douze mois précédant l’établissement du procès-verbal de constatation de l’infraction.
