Article L123-52 of the French Commercial code

All the information entered and documents attached to the national register of companies, with the exception of accounting documents covered by a declaration of confidentiality, will be made available to the public free of charge and in electronic form, for consultation or re-use.

The availability of information relating to the identity and domicile of natural persons entered in the register is limited to the name, surname, pseudonym, first names, month, year of birth and municipality.
The information recorded relating to the identity and domicile of the natural persons mentioned in the register is limited to the name, surname, pseudonym, first names, month, year of birth and municipality of residence.

As an exception to the previous paragraph, the information recorded relating to the identity and domicile of the natural persons mentioned in the register is limited to the name, surname, pseudonym, first names, month, year of birth and municipality of residence.
As an exception to the previous paragraph, all information is made available to the authorities, administrations, legal entities and professions whose list is determined by decree in the Council of State.

L’intégralité des informations inscrites et pièces annexées au registre national des entreprises, à l’exception des documents comptables couverts par une déclaration de confidentialité, fait l’objet d’une mise à la disposition du public gratuite et sous forme électronique, à des fins de consultation ou réutilisation.


La mise à disposition des informations inscrites relatives à l’identité et au domicile des personnes physiques mentionnées dans le registre est limitée aux nom, nom d’usage, pseudonyme, prénoms, mois, année de naissance et commune de résidence.


Par exception à l’alinéa précédent, l’intégralité des informations est mise à la disposition des autorités, administrations, personnes morales et professions dont la liste est déterminée par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
