Article L1242-3 of the French Public Health Code

The terms and conditions for the application of this chapter are determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat, and in particular the technical, health and medical conditions and the conditions for guaranteeing operation in accordance with the general principles set out in Title I of this book, which health establishments must meet in order to be authorised to carry out the tissue or cell retrievals mentioned in the first two paragraphs of article L. 1242-1.

Les modalités d’application du présent chapitre sont déterminées par décret en Conseil d’Etat, et notamment les conditions techniques, sanitaires et médicales et les conditions propres à garantir un fonctionnement conforme aux principes généraux énoncés au titre Ier du présent livre, que doivent remplir les établissements de santé pour pouvoir être autorisés à effectuer des prélèvements de tissus ou de cellules mentionnés aux deux premiers alinéas de l’article L. 1242-1.
