Early termination of a fixed-term employment contract at the employee’s initiative in cases other than those provided for in Articles L. 1243-1 and L. 1243-2 entitles the employer to damages corresponding to the loss suffered.

La rupture anticipée du contrat de travail à durée déterminée qui intervient à l’initiative du salarié en dehors des cas prévus aux articles L. 1243-1 et L. 1243-2 ouvre droit pour l’employeur à des dommages et intérêts correspondant au préjudice subi.
