The management body of the collective shop may issue a warning to any member who, through his own actions or those of the persons to whom he has entrusted the operation of his business or undertaking, commits an infringement of the internal regulations.
In the event of a management lease, this warning is also notified to the tenant-manager.
If, within the following three months, this warning has remained without effect and if the legitimate interests of the collective shop or of some of its members are compromised, the members’ meeting, or the general meeting, as the case may be, has the option of pronouncing, by the majority provided for in Article L. 125-10, the exclusion of the person concerned.
Until the decision to exclude has become final, the excluded party is entitled to present one or more assignees under the conditions determined by the contract of incorporation or the articles of association.
