Article L1251-30 of the French Labour Code

The end of the assignment provided for in the secondment contract or set out in an amendment thereto may be brought forward or postponed at the rate of one day for every five days worked. For assignments of less than ten working days, this term may be brought forward or postponed by two days.

Adjusting the term of the assignment may not have the effect of reducing the duration of the assignment initially planned by more than ten working days, nor may it result in the maximum duration of the assignment contract set by articles L. 1251-12 and L. 1251-12-1 being exceeded.

Le terme de la mission prévu au contrat de mise à disposition ou fixé par avenant à ce dernier peut être avancé ou reporté à raison d’un jour pour cinq jours de travail. Pour les missions inférieures à dix jours de travail, ce terme peut être avancé ou reporté de deux jours.

L’aménagement du terme de la mission ne peut avoir pour effet ni de réduire la durée de la mission initialement prévue de plus de dix jours de travail ni de conduire à un dépassement de la durée maximale du contrat de mission fixée par les articles L. 1251-12 et L. 1251-12-1.
