When, at the end of an assignment, the employee does not immediately benefit from an employment contract of indefinite duration with the user company, he is entitled, by way of additional pay, to an end-of-assignment allowance intended to compensate for the precariousness of his situation.
This indemnity is equal to 10% of the total gross remuneration due to the employee.
The indemnity is added to the total gross remuneration due to the employee. It is paid by the temporary employment agency at the end of each assignment actually completed, at the same time as the last salary due for that assignment, and appears on the corresponding pay slip.
