Article L1271-10 of the French Labour Code

The universal employment-service voucher, when it has the nature of a special payment voucher, is issued by specialised organisations and establishments or the establishments mentioned in article L. 1271-9, which have been authorised under conditions determined by decree and which ensure reimbursement to the persons mentioned in article L. 1271-1.

Le chèque emploi-service universel, lorsqu’il a la nature d’un titre spécial de paiement, est émis par des organismes et établissements spécialisés ou les établissements, mentionnés à l’article L. 1271-9, qui ont été habilités dans des conditions déterminées par décret et qui en assurent le remboursement aux personnes mentionnées à l’article L. 1271-1.
