The delegated federations lay down :
1° The technical rules specific to their discipline as well as the rules intended to control their application and sanction their non-respect by the participants in sporting competitions;
2° Regulations relating to the organisation of any event open to their members;
3° Regulations relating to the legal, administrative and financial conditions to be met by sports associations and societies in order to be allowed to take part in the competitions they organise. They may contain provisions relating to the minimum number of locally trained athletes in teams taking part in these competitions and the maximum amount, relative or absolute, of the total remuneration paid to athletes by each sports company or association.
The delegated federations, where applicable in coordination with the professional leagues that they have created, also lay down rules aimed at prohibiting those involved in sporting competitions, the list of which is set by decree:

c) placing bets, directly or through an intermediary, on bets based on one of the competitions in their discipline and communicating to third parties insider information, obtained in the course of their profession or duties, which is unknown to the public.
