Article L131-25 of the French Commercial code

Sworn goods brokers issue certificates of the course of goods when these have been established under the conditions provided for in Article L. 131-24.

If this is not the case, they draw up price statements indicating, under their responsibility, the price charged for goods on the date and at the location specified.

Les courtiers de marchandises assermentés délivrent des certificats de cours des marchandises lorsque ceux-ci ont été constatés dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 131-24.


Dans le cas contraire, ils établissent des attestations de prix indiquant, sous leur responsabilité, le prix pratiqué pour une marchandise à la date et aux lieux déterminés.
