Any advertiser who disseminates or causes to be disseminated advertising that is prohibited under the conditions set out in article L. 121-22 is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €15,000 for a natural person and up to €75,000 for a legal entity.
Le fait pour tout annonceur de diffuser ou faire diffuser une publicité interdite dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 121-22 est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 15 000 euros pour une personne physique et 75 000 euros pour une personne morale.
Cette amende est prononcée dans les conditions prévues au chapitre II du titre II du livre V.
