Article L1334-5 of the French Public Health Code

A report on the risk of exposure to lead identifies any coatings containing lead and, where applicable, summarises the factors affecting the condition of the building. The report is accompanied by an information leaflet, the content of which is specified by order of the ministers responsible for health and construction.

Un constat de risque d’exposition au plomb présente un repérage des revêtements contenant du plomb et, le cas échéant, dresse un relevé sommaire des facteurs de dégradation du bâti. Est annexée à ce constat une notice d’information dont le contenu est précisé par arrêté des ministres chargés de la santé et de la construction.
