Article L1400-3 of the French Public procurement code

The provisions of this Code are only applicable in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, French Polynesia, New Caledonia and the French Southern and Antarctic Territories to the extent and under the conditions laid down in the titles devoted to each of these collectivities in the book relating to overseas territories in each part.

Les dispositions du présent code ne sont applicables dans les îles Wallis et Futuna, en Polynésie française, en Nouvelle-Calédonie et dans les Terres australes et antarctiques françaises que dans la mesure et les conditions prévues par les titres consacrés à chacune de ces collectivités dans le livre relatif à l’outre-mer de chaque partie.
