Article L141-7 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Each official involved in the tasks defined in article L. 141-6 must be designated by the company awarded the contract and be subject to prior approval by the competent administrative authority and the public prosecutor. The duration of this approval is limited.
The agents referred to in the first paragraph receive appropriate training and must have passed a technical examination.

Article L141-7

Chaque agent concourant aux missions définies à l’article L. 141-6 doit être désigné par l’entreprise attributaire du marché et faire l’objet d’un agrément préalable de l’autorité administrative compétente ainsi que du procureur de la République. La durée de cet agrément est limitée.
Les agents mentionnés au premier alinéa bénéficient d’une formation adaptée et doivent avoir subi avec succès un examen technique.
