The departmental fire and rescue service is administered by a board of directors made up of representatives of the department, the communes and the public establishments for inter-communal cooperation with competence in the field of fire and rescue.

The activity of volunteer firefighter in the department is incompatible with the exercise of the functions of member of the board of directors with voting rights.

Le service départemental d’incendie et de secours est administré par un conseil d’administration composé de représentants du département, des communes et des établissements publics de coopération intercommunale compétents en matière de secours et de lutte contre l’incendie.

L’activité de sapeur-pompier volontaire dans le département est incompatible avec l’exercice des fonctions de membre du conseil d’administration avec voix délibérative.
