Article L1424-36-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The endowment to support structuring investments by fire and rescue services is allocated by the minister in charge of civil security for an investment expense involved in the field of civil security and contributing to the implementation of projects of a structuring, innovative nature or of national interest.

II. – The appropriations from this grant may be paid to fire and rescue services, State services and any local authority or public body to which one or more fire and rescue services belong, which are responsible for a project that is structuring, innovative or of national interest in the field of civil protection.

I. – La dotation de soutien aux investissements structurants des services d’incendie et de secours est attribuée par le ministre chargé de la sécurité civile pour une dépense d’investissement intervenant dans le champ de la sécurité civile et concourant à la mise en œuvre de projets présentant un caractère structurant, innovant ou d’intérêt national.

II. – Les crédits de cette dotation peuvent être versés aux services d’incendie et de secours, aux services de l’Etat et à toute collectivité ou tout organisme public auquel un ou plusieurs services d’incendie et de secours seraient partie, porteurs d’un projet structurant, innovant ou d’intérêt national dans le champ de la sécurité civile.
