Article L1424-62 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Board of Directors deliberates on matters relating to the management of the public institution. It votes its budget.

The budgetary and accounting rules of this establishment are set by joint order of the minister responsible for local authorities and the minister responsible for the budget.

The provisions relating to budgetary control of the acts of the public establishment for the protection of the Mediterranean forest are those laid down by the chapitre II du titre Ier du livre VI de la première partie du présent code.

Le conseil d’administration règle par ses délibérations les affaires relatives à la gestion de l’établissement public. Il vote son budget.

Les règles budgétaires et comptables de cet établissement sont fixées par arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé des collectivités territoriales et du ministre chargé du budget.

Les dispositions relatives au contrôle budgétaire des actes de l’établissement public pour la protection de la forêt méditerranéenne sont celles fixées par le chapitre II du titre Ier du livre VI de la première partie du présent code.
