Article L1424-94 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Board of Directors comprises a minimum of fifteen members and a maximum of thirty members. Its composition is determined in accordance with article L. 1424-26.

The seats are divided between:

1° The Collectivité européenne d’Alsace;

2° The municipalities and the public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation.

The number of seats allocated to the European Collectivity of Alsace may not be less than three-fifths of the total number of seats, and the number of seats allocated to the municipalities and public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation may not be less than one-fifth of the total number of seats.

Le conseil d’administration comprend quinze membres au moins et trente membres au plus. Sa composition est déterminée conformément à l’article L. 1424-26.


Les sièges sont répartis entre :


1° La Collectivité européenne d’Alsace ;


2° Les communes et les établissements publics de coopération intercommunale.


Le nombre des sièges attribués à la Collectivité européenne d’Alsace ne peut être inférieur aux trois cinquièmes du nombre total des sièges, celui des sièges attribués aux communes et aux établissements publics de coopération intercommunale ne peut être inférieur au cinquième du nombre total des sièges.
