Article L143-11-4 of the French Labour Code

The insurance scheme provided for in article L. 143-11-1 is implemented by an association set up by the most representative national professional employers’ organisations and approved by the Minister for Labour.

This association enters into a management agreement with the body managing the insurance scheme mentioned in Section I of Chapter I of Title V of Book III of Part One of the Labour Code and with the Agence Centrale des Organismes de Sécurité Sociale for the collection of the contributions mentioned in Article L. 143-11-6.

If this association is dissolved, the Minister for Employment entrusts the body provided for in Article L. 351-21 with the management of the insurance scheme instituted in Article L. 143-11-1, with the exception of the collection of the contributions referred to in Article L. 143-11-6, which is entrusted to the bodies referred to in Article L. 351-5-1.

Article L143-11-4

Le régime d’assurance prévue à l’article L. 143-11-1 est mis en oeuvre par une association créée par les organisations nationales professionnelles d’employeurs les plus représentatives et agréée par le ministre chargé du travail.

Cette association passe une convention de gestion avec l’organisme gestionnaire du régime d’assurance mentionné à la section I du chapitre Ier du titre V du livre III de la première partie du code du travail et avec l’Agence centrale des organismes de sécurité sociale pour le recouvrement des cotisations mentionnées à l’article L. 143-11-6.

En cas de dissolution de cette association, le ministre chargé du travail confie à l’organisme prévu à l’article L. 351-21 la gestion du régime d’assurance institué à l’article L. 143-11-1, à l’exception du recouvrement des cotisations mentionnées à l’article L. 143-11-6 confié aux organismes mentionnés à l’article L. 351-5-1.
