Article L1434-12-1 of the French Public Health Code

The territorial health professional community referred to in article L. 1434-12 is set up in the form of an association governed by the law of 1st July 1901 or, if its registered office is located in the departments of Haut-Rhin, Bas-Rhin or Moselle, by articles 21 to 79-3 of the local civil code.

A decree sets the operating procedures for territorial health professional communities, in particular the conditions for payment of allowances or remuneration to their members and the maximum annual amount.

Article L1434-12-1

La communauté professionnelle territoriale de santé mentionnée à l’article L. 1434-12 est constituée sous la forme d’une association régie par la loi du 1er juillet 1901 ou, si son siège est situé dans les départements du Haut-Rhin, du Bas-Rhin ou de la Moselle, par les articles 21 à 79-3 du code civil local.

Un décret fixe les modalités de fonctionnement des communautés professionnelles territoriales de santé, notamment les conditions de versements d’indemnités ou de rémunérations au profit de leurs membres ainsi que leur montant annuel maximum.
