Article L1434-5 of the French Public Health Code

The illegality due to a formal or procedural defect in the regional health plan and its components as provided for in article L. 1434-2 may not be invoked by way of exception after the expiry of a period of six months from the date on which the document concerned takes effect.

L’illégalité pour vice de forme ou de procédure du projet régional de santé et de ses composantes prévues à l’article L. 1434-2 ne peut être invoquée par voie d’exception après l’expiration d’un délai de six mois à compter de la prise d’effet du document concerné.
