Article L1441-1 of the French Public procurement code

For the application of article L. 1330-1 to Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the words: “article 346 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union” are replaced by the words: “the protection of the essential interests of its security and which relate to the production of or trade in arms, munitions and war material”.

Pour l’application à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon de l’article L. 1330-1, les mots : ” l’article 346 du Traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” la protection des intérêts essentiels de sa sécurité et qui se rapportent à la production ou au commerce d’armes, de munitions et de matériels de guerre “.
