Article L1442-1 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of the provisions of this Code to Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin:

1° The reference to Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin replaces the reference to the department and the region and the reference to the departmental or regional level ;

2° The reference to the territory of Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin replaces the reference to the regional territory and the reference to the level of Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin replaces the reference to the regional level;

3° The reference to the Conference on Health and Autonomy for Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin replaces the reference to the Regional Conference on Health and Autonomy;

4° For the Guadeloupe health democracy territory, the reference to the Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin health and autonomy conference replaces the reference to the territorial health council;

5° References to the health project, the health plan and the programme relating to access to prevention and care for the most disadvantaged people, common to Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, replace references to the regional health project, the regional health plan and the regional programme relating to access to prevention and care for the most disadvantaged people respectively;

6° The reference to health policy in Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin replaces the reference to regional health policy or health policy in the region;

Pour l’application des dispositions du présent code à la Guadeloupe, à Saint-Barthélemy et à Saint-Martin :

1° La référence à la Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy et Saint-Martin se substitue à la référence au département et à la région et à la référence au niveau départemental ou régional ;

2° La référence au territoire de la Guadeloupe, de Saint-Barthélemy et de Saint-Martin se substitue à la référence au territoire régional et la référence au niveau de la Guadeloupe, de Saint-Barthélemy et de Saint-Martin se substitue à la référence à l’échelon ou au niveau régional ;

3° La mention de la conférence de la santé et de l’autonomie de la Guadeloupe, de Saint-Barthélemy et de Saint-Martin se substitue à la mention de la conférence régionale de la santé et de l’autonomie ;

4° Pour le territoire de démocratie sanitaire de la Guadeloupe, la mention de la conférence de la santé et de l’autonomie de la Guadeloupe, de Saint-Barthélemy et de Saint-Martin se substitue à la mention du conseil territorial de santé ;

5° Les mentions du projet de santé, du schéma de santé et du programme relatif à l’accès à la prévention et aux soins des personnes les plus démunies, communs à la Guadeloupe, à Saint-Barthélemy et à Saint-Martin, se substituent respectivement aux mentions du projet régional de santé, du schéma régional de santé et du programme régional relatif à l’accès à la prévention et aux soins des personnes les plus démunies ;

6° La mention de la politique de santé menée en Guadeloupe, à Saint-Barthélemy et à Saint-Martin se substitue à la mention de la politique de santé régionale ou de la politique de santé dans la région ;
