Article L1453-10 of the French Public Health Code

Any agreement stipulating the offer of benefits whose value is less than the amounts provided for in article L. 1453-11 is subject to declaration by the person referred to in article L. 1453-5, who transmits the declaration by tele-procedure to the competent administrative authority or professional body concerned.

The competent administrative authority or professional body concerned may issue recommendations to the parties to the agreement on the basis of an analysis of the declaration concerned or of all the declarations.

Article L1453-10

La convention qui stipule l’offre d’avantages dont la valeur est inférieure aux montants prévus à l’article L. 1453-11 est soumise à déclaration par la personne mentionnée à l’article L. 1453-5 qui transmet celle-ci par téléprocédure à l’autorité administrative compétente ou à l’ordre professionnel concerné.

L’autorité administrative compétente ou l’ordre professionnel concerné peut émettre, sur la base d’une analyse de la déclaration concernée ou de l’ensemble des déclarations, des recommandations aux parties à la convention.
