Article L1461-2 of the French Public procurement code

For the application of this Part in French Polynesia:
1° In article L. 1121-3, the third paragraph is deleted;
2° In article L. 1330-1, the words: “article 346 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union” are replaced by the words: “the protection of the essential interests of its security and which relate to the production of or trade in arms, munitions and war materials”.

Article L1461-2

Pour l’application de la présente partie en Polynésie française :
1° A l’article L. 1121-3, le troisième alinéa est supprimé ;
2° A l’article L. 1330-1, les mots : ” l’article 346 du Traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” la protection des intérêts essentiels de sa sécurité et qui se rapportent à la production ou au commerce d’armes, de munitions et de matériels de guerre “.
