The compliance of an information system or digital health service or tool with the interoperability reference systems mentioned in Article L. 1470-5 is attested as part of an assessment and certification procedure defined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
The allocation of public funds dedicated to financing the design, acquisition or renewal of information systems or digital health services or tools intended for use by the legal entities and individuals mentioned in 1° and 2° of Article L. 1470-1 is subject to commitments to comply with the interoperability standards provided for in the first paragraph.
The agreements on objectives and management mentioned inArticle L. 227-1 of the Social Security Code, the multiannual contracts of objectives and resources mentioned in article L. 1435-3 of this Code and the contracts whose purpose is to improve the quality and coordination of care mentioned in article L. 1435-4 include commitments relating to the acquisition or use of information systems or digital health services or tools whose compliance with the interoperability reference systems mentioned in article L. 1470-5 is attested under the conditions set out in the first paragraph of this article.
Additional methods of encouraging compliance of information systems and digital health services or tools with the interoperability reference systems mentioned in article L. 1470-5 may be set out by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
