Article L1471-1 of the French Public procurement code

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this Title, the following provisions shall apply in New Caledonia to public contracts and concession contracts concluded by the State or its public establishments, subject to the powers devolved to this collectivity, in their wording resulting fromOrdinance No. 2018-1074 of 26 November 2018, unless otherwise specified in the table below.

Sous la réserve des adaptations prévues par le présent titre, les dispositions suivantes sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie aux marchés publics et aux contrats de concession conclus par l’Etat ou ses établissements publics, sous réserve des compétences dévolues à cette collectivité, dans leur rédaction résultant de l’ordonnance n° 2018-1074 du 26 novembre 2018, sauf mention contraire dans le tableau ci-après.
