Article L1524-3 of the French Labour Code

For the application in Mayotte of the last paragraph of article L. 1225-26 and the last paragraph of article L. 1225-44, the words: “on the entry into force of law no. 2006-340 of 23 March 2006 on equal pay for men and women” are replaced by the words: “on 1st January 2018”.

Pour l’application à Mayotte du dernier alinéa de l’article L. 1225-26 et du dernier alinéa de l’article L. 1225-44, les mots : “ à l’entrée en vigueur de la loi n° 2006-340 du 23 mars 2006 relative à l’égalité salariale entre les femmes et les hommes ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ au 1er janvier 2018 ”.
