Article L1524-4 of the French Labour Code

For the application in Mayotte of article L. 1225-28, the words: “defined in the first paragraph of article L. 331-6 of the Social Security Code” are replaced by the words: “either between the birth of the child and the end of the compensation under the maternity insurance scheme, or between the birth of the child and the end of the maintenance of salary linked to maternity” and the words: “defined in the same first paragraph, where applicable deferred in application of the second paragraph of the same article” are deleted.

Pour l’application à Mayotte de l’article L. 1225-28, les mots : “ définie au premier alinéa de l’article L. 331-6 du code de la sécurité sociale ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ soit entre la naissance de l’enfant et la fin de l’indemnisation au titre du régime d’assurance maternité, soit entre la naissance de l’enfant et la fin du maintien de traitement lié à la maternité ” et les mots : “ définie au même premier alinéa, le cas échéant reportée en application du deuxième alinéa du même article ” sont supprimés.
