Article L1524-4 of the French Public Health Code

The Biomedicine Agency established in Chapter VIII of Title I of Book IV of this Part shall exercise in Wallis and Futuna the powers conferred upon it by Title II of Book V of this Part and Title II of Book IV of Part II.

In other cases, the Agency may enter into agreements with the competent authorities of Wallis and Futuna.

The provisions of Articles L. 1418-1, L. 1418-2, L. 1418-3 and L. 1418-4 shall apply to the Wallis and Futuna Islands in the version resulting from Law No. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021.

Article L1524-4

L’Agence de biomédecine instituée au chapitre VIII du titre Ier du livre IV de la présente partie exerce à Wallis-et-Futuna les compétences qui lui sont confiées au titre II du livre V de la présente partie et au titre II du livre IV de la deuxième partie.

Dans les autres cas, l’agence peut passer des conventions avec les autorités compétentes de Wallis-et-Futuna.

Les dispositions des articles L. 1418-1, L. 1418-2, L. 1418-3 et L. 1418-4 sont applicables aux îles Wallis et Futuna dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2021-1017 du 2 août 2021.
