Article L1524-5 of the French Public Health Code

For its application in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, article L. 1411-6-1 is amended as follows:

1° The first to third paragraphs are deleted;

2° In the last paragraph, the words: “the order mentioned in the second paragraph of this article” are replaced by the words: “an order of the ministers responsible for health and social security, issued after consultation with the Haute Autorité de santé and the Agence de la biomédecine. “

Pour son application aux îles Wallis et Futuna, l’article L. 1411-6-1 est ainsi modifié :

1° Les premier à troisième alinéas sont supprimés ;

2° Au dernier alinéa, les mots : “ l’arrêté mentionné au deuxième alinéa du présent article ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ un arrêté des ministres chargés de la santé et de la sécurité sociale, pris après avis de la Haute Autorité de santé et de l’Agence de la biomédecine. ”
