Article L1532-1 of the French Labour Code

When employees and companies operate in the local authorities of the French Republic excluded from the geographical scope defined in Article L. 1511-1, the provisions of Article L. 1231-5 are applicable to an employee who is placed, by the parent company in whose service he was previously employed and whose registered office is located in a metropolitan department, in Guadeloupe, in Guyana, in Martinique, in Mayotte, in La Réunion, in Saint-Barthélemy, in Saint-Martin or in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, at the disposal of a subsidiary established in Wallis and Futuna or in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories and to which he is linked by an employment contract.

Lorsque les salariés et les entreprises interviennent dans les collectivités de la République française exclues du champ d’application géographique défini à l’article L. 1511-1, les dispositions de l’article L. 1231-5 sont applicables au salarié mis, par la société mère au service de laquelle il était précédemment engagé et dont le siège social est situé dans un département métropolitain, en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à Mayotte, à La Réunion, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin ou à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, à la disposition d’une filiale établie à Wallis et Futuna ou dans les Terres australes et antarctiques françaises et à laquelle il est lié par un contrat de travail.
