In the French Southern and Antarctic Territories, the representative of the State may, by order, suspend or prohibit the processing, import, export, distribution, transfer or use of an element or product of the human body. He may also restrict its use.

Dans les Terres australes et antarctiques françaises, le représentant de l’Etat peut, par arrêté, suspendre ou interdire la transformation, l’importation, l’exportation, la distribution, la cession ou l’utilisation d’un élément ou produit du corps humain. Il peut également en restreindre les utilisations.
